Please take a moment to read the following.
The models advertised are kits NOT READY BUILT they therefore require some modelling experience, the average modeller should not find any problem building or flying the kits. The kits require additional items such as Radio equipment batteries,glues paints and covering materials.
It is recommended that you carry adequate insurance and only fly in areas designated for model flying.
The kits are model aircraft NOT toys and NOT suitable for children.
The builder/flyer is responsible for the safe building and flying of the model.
If in doubt about building or flying please contact your local model flying club and seek skilled help particularly if you have not flown this type of model get an experienced pilot to test fly and trim your model. If we can be of assistance please e-mail your question sales@cloudmodels.com.
If you feel the need to return items to us you must first inform us. The customer will be responsible for all postage costs, unless it is a mistake in processing made by us.
Upon receipt please check your order for any missing items, defects or postal damage and inform us immediately. Claims cannot be met at a later date.
Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced at our expense.

Shipping is charged on each kit. The kits being sent singly in most cases.
We accept payment by cheque or postal order (UK) to the address below please do not send cash.We all so accept PayPal.
